You have decided to use Orlando Premier Psychiatry, and we are grateful. The following page will elaborate on billing and payments in the case of utilizing our psychiatry services. We strive to simplify the process and make it open and stress-free. Our team is always ready to assist you in case you have questions.
How Billing Works
Orlando Premier Psychiatry partners with different large commercial insurance companies in Florida. We offer affordable mental health care at the hands of qualified psychiatrists.
The insurance benefits and coverage are different according to your personal plan. The eligibility and benefits can be checked and reviewed by our administrative staff before your appointment.
Bring Your Insurance Card
Also, please carry your existing insurance provider card to all appointments, as we would this way be able to check on benefits.
In case of no presentation of an insurance card, the temporary hold will be on a payment of 50 dollars at the time of service.
You can send your insurance card in the future by:
- Bring it the next time you see me, or
- Securing it by posting it on our patient portal.
Presenting your card will be beneficial to prevent delays in billing or unsatisfactory fees.
Copays
Copays will be paid on a per-service basis.
- Face-to-face appointments: In this case, once you make an appointment, you pay the copays at the front desk.
- Online consultations: A credit or debit card should be stored online.
In case there is no card registered, virtual appointments will be cancelled 90 minutes before the appointment time.
- Self-pay visits: This is also a payment taken on the spot.
No cash payment is allowed.
Self-Pay
Orlando Premier Psychiatry has a self-pay option, especially for those individuals who wish not to utilize insurance.
- Self-pay is made upon the service.
- Our team would be able to tell you in advance about the fee so that they are aware.
This will give a chance to be flexible and still have access to professional psychiatry services.
