Please follow this timeline to ensure your appointment proceeds without delay.

Step 1: Receive Your Link (3 Days Prior)

You will receive a text or email with a unique, secure link. New patients may receive additional intake questions.

Step 2: Complete Forms (48 Hours Prior)

Action Required: Please fill out your check-in questionnaires and forms at least 48 hours before your appointment. This gives our team time to review your history and verify insurance.

Step 3: Payments & Updates

Within the portal, you can update your medical details, sign consent forms, and pay your co-payment securely.

Step 4: The Appointment (30 Minutes Prior)

  • Telehealth: You will receive a final link to enter your provider’s waiting room.
  • In-Person: Simply arrive at our office. Since you have pre-checked in, your wait time will be minimal.

Note: If you have not completed your forms, please attempt to do so at least one hour prior to your appointment time.

What happens if I don’t complete the online check-in 48 hours in advance?

While we strongly recommend early check-in to maximize your time with the provider, if you miss the window, please call our office immediately. You may be asked to arrive 15–20 minutes early to complete the required forms in the waiting area. Please note: This may cut into your scheduled session time.

Is telehealth available if I’m within the state of Florida?
