Jennifer Gilmartin

Jennifer Gilmartin is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over six years of healthcare experience, including extensive work in substance use disorder treatment and inpatient detoxification settings. Her background also includes emergency and trauma care, giving her experience managing individuals with complex psychiatric, substance use, and medical needs.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University, with training in psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and evidence-based psychiatric treatment. Her clinical interests include substance use disorders, ADHD, depression, and anxiety disorders.
Jennifer is passionate about supporting individuals throughout recovery and providing compassionate, evidence-based care. She currently works in the detox setting, helping patients safely navigate withdrawal while addressing co-occurring psychiatric symptoms and developing individualized plans for continued treatment and recovery.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys reading, video games, hiking, and traveling, with a goal of visiting all 50 states.
