Kalay Wilson is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 8 years of nursing experience in high-acuity psychiatric settings. She has held multiple leadership roles in a behavioral hospital, crisis detox unit, and within a correctional healthcare system, where she managed complex psychiatric and substance use cases requiring strong clinical judgment and effective crisis management.
Her background includes experience at University Health System in a detention center setting, as well as San Antonio Behavioral Hospital. She completed her psychiatric nurse practitioner clinical training through an internship with Geode Health in Round Rock, Texas, and has since practiced as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Balanced Wellbeing in Florida, providing outpatient psychiatric care across a wide range of conditions.
Kalay treats patients across the lifespan and specializes in depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, ADHD, insomnia, mood disorders, and psychosis.
