Lydia Singleton is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over seven years of experience in the medical field. She began her career in high-acuity medical settings, spending several years working in the intensive care unit, where she developed strong clinical judgment, advanced assessment skills, and experience managing medically complex patients.
She later transitioned into psychiatric care, gaining experience at Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin, where she worked within structured, evidence-based treatment programs and collaborated closely with multidisciplinary teams supporting individuals with complex mental health conditions.
Lydia earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University and completed advanced training as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has since worked in an interventional psychiatry setting as an infusion specialist at a ketamine infusion therapy center. In this role, she has been involved in patient screening and monitoring, administration of ketamine infusions under established protocols, assessment of treatment response and side effects, and coordination of care with prescribing clinicians.
Lydia’s clinical interests include the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and substance use disorders. She takes an integrative approach to psychiatric care, incorporating evidence-informed holistic strategies and appropriate use of supplements when clinically indicated, alongside standard psychiatric treatments. Her approach emphasizes individualized care plans, patient education, and shared decision-making to support both mental and overall well-being.
Lydia is committed to delivering thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and ethical practice.
